1991 Recordings name has derived from the best year of music. Nick and John’s vision of the label is to have bands with the same ethos.

Started by John Wellby (Last Tourist) and Nick Noble (93millionmilesfromthesun), 1991 Recordings is a record label with an ethos aimed at cultivating a like minded community of both musicians and music lovers. Genres like shoegaze, ambient, darkwave electronic and everything in-between.
